What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is possible between 15:00 and 22:00, but after 22:00, guests can check-in themselves if they inform the hotel in advance. Check-out time is until 11am. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged. (1,800 yen / per room per hour)

Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
Possible (from 8am before check-in / up to 10pm after check-in). （If you wish to leave your luggage before check-in, please inform us in advance of your expected arrival time.

Is it possible to send luggage in advance? Can it also be sent from the hotel?
Possible. When shipping, please specify that, as far as possible, the shipment should arrive on the day of check-in.

Minors do not need to present a parental or guardian's written consent to stay at the hotel, but we ask that they do so with the consent of their parents or guardians.

Can you clean the room and replenish amenities?
Rooms are cleaned and toiletries replenished daily on request. Bed linen is changed every three nights.

Clothes can be dried using the drying function in the bathroom. Corner hangers are available in the room.
