What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is after 15:00 and check-out is until 10:00. Late check-out is possible for 850 yen per 15 minutes.

Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
Possible (from 8am before check-in / up to 10pm after check-in). （If you wish to leave your luggage before check-in, please inform us in advance of your expected arrival time.

Is it possible to send luggage in advance? Can it also be sent from the hotel?
Possible. When shipping, please specify that, as far as possible, the shipment should arrive on the day of check-in.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Can breakfast be served?
If you make a reservation at least one day in advance, we will bring your morning set to your room at your desired time (1,500 yen per person).We also have a cafe, so you can order the regular cafe menu on the same day.

There is no curfew.

Do minors need written parental consent to stay?
Minors do not need to present a parental or guardian's written consent to stay at the hotel, but we ask that they do so with the consent of their parents or guardians.

Can you clean the room and replenish amenities?
Rooms are cleaned and toiletries replenished daily on request. Bed linen is changed every three nights.

Are there places to hang clothes to dry?
Clothes can be dried using the drying function in the bathroom. Corner hangers are available in the room.
